Ms.  McDevitt is the Senior Director for the Partnership for Families, Children and Adults.  She holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and an M.Ed in Guidance and Counseling.  She provides leadership, direction, management and operation for programs that address: domestic violence; supervised visitation, sexual assault; human trafficking; homelessness; housing, elder needs and abuse; foster care, and counseling and has been with agency for 18 years.

For the past 10 years, Regina has served on the board of the Tennessee Coalition against Domestic and Sexual Violence. She served on the Sexual Assault Advisory Committee for Tennessee’s Sexual Assault Program Standards and the Tennessee State Family Violence Shelter Advisory Committee.   Through her work, she works to ensure that victims across the state have access to services that meet their self-defined needs and increase their safety. She provides guidance and consultation locally on community collaboration, partnering and strategic planning and well as education on issues of violence, trauma informed services and other topics to local groups. Ms. McDevitt partnered with a local agency to establish the Greater Chattanooga Coalition against Human Trafficking in 2010 and continues to serve on the Coalitions Executive Committee.

Ms. McDevitt consults nationally with the Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center (OVC TTAC) on issues related to Military/Civilian Community partnerships and responding to sexual assault, domestic violence, effects of domestic violence on children and domestic violence and the faith community.  She also consults internationally with domestic violence shelters and nongovernmental agencies in Slovakia and has lectured on topics of domestic violence, social change, and community collaborations to Slovak Universities.

In 2011 she received the National Sexual Violence Resource Center 2011 Visionary Voice Award.  Ms. McDevitt works to empower survivors to create safety for themselves and their children using a holistic approach that promotes healing for long-term impact. ..
