The confidentiality of your matter or a client’s matter begins with your first contact with our staff. Mediations are scheduled Monday through Friday.
Our goal is to provide the environment for you or a client to resolve their matter in a time-efficient, cost-effective manner and leave with a signed, notarized agreement. While follow-up sessions do occur in some situations, we recognize that when people come to mediation, they are ready to move beyond the conflict and “get on with their lives”. Additional session are scheduled based on the needs of the parties.
