The Institute of Internal Auditors, Chattanooga Area Chapter recently hosted a 3-hour continuing education seminar for members on the Collaborative Approach to Problem-Solving in the Workplace. The workshop focused on the dynamics of conflict in the workplace and concepts of dispute resolution, with an emphasis on alternative approaches to resolving conflict.

Participants learned basic techniques and their skills were tested with a few real-world scenarios.
